How infection works

On Tunisian HighLife, infection is a roleplay tool — not a random game-over screen. Bites, fluid exposure, and contaminated zones can escalate symptoms that medics must treat in-character.

Stages (RP framework)

1. Exposure — minor contact, watch and roleplay anxiety
2. Symptoms — fever scenes, reduced stamina RP, quarantine calls
3. Critical — faction medics, rare cures, staff-mediated outcomes per rules

Quarantine & faction play

Military and survivor medics coordinate quarantine zones. Breaking quarantine is a serious rules violation.
